WARNING TERRIBLE COMPANY! Ive been in an alibaba dispute with this company for over a year they advertise ORGANIC which they are not. they aren't EU organic and they aren't certified Chinese organic. they sent me fake documents and fake organic certificates showing they were certified by an Australian organic certifier NASAA.. I spoke to them and they said this is not their certificate and the certificate had many mistakes on it. when I checked the certificate closer you can see where they cut out another companies details and pasted on their own. all I got in response was aggression and them telling me to go do it myself. they refused to give any refund making out its a custom order on the dispute that's the only thing that stops an immediate refund with the alibaba trade assurance. many hours of my time spent on this dispute. they were aggressive throughout when they sent fake documents. I managed after an entire year of fighting this get 95% back thanks to alibaba not them. awful!

1. You only informed us after payment that you need EU organic certification. We have our own organic certification, and the certification we sent you is from our authorized agency, which helps us with processing and production without any fraudulent behavior
2. We have been trying to mediate this order with you for a year, but you have requested to exchange for a more expensive product. We have rejected your request because we have already shipped the product to the port as agreed, and the shelf life of this product is only 2 years.
